fika ai is looking for an AI Engineer to take full ownership of how AI is used across our platform – from 20-minute AI-driven interviews to candidate-job matching, retrieval and ranking systems, and intelligent agents that automate recruiting workflows.

You will work hands-on with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and production-grade AI systems that directly impact thousands of candidates and companies. This is an end-to-end role covering experimentation, evaluation, and deployment.

You’ll improve and expand our AI interview pipeline, build matching and recommendation models, create LLM-based agents, and develop evaluation frameworks to ensure quality and performance at scale. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.
