Marketing Intern - Fika Jobs

Fika is building a new way to find and hire great people.

Instead of relying on CVs and cover letters, candidates create a video-first profile through a short AI conversation that helps them show who they are, what they’ve done, and what they’re looking for. Companies use Fika to discover and get to know candidates in a much more human way.

We’re now looking for a Marketing Intern to help us build Fika into one of the most exciting new brands in careers and recruitment.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with the founders and have a lot of freedom to shape how Fika grows and communicates.

Depending on your strengths and interests, you might:

• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels

• Come up with creative campaigns and growth ideas

• Interview candidates, founders and companies using Fika

• Help shape our brand, messaging and tone of voice

• Create and test new content formats

• Help with launches, events and partnerships

• Analyse what works and double down on it

• Find new ways to reach students, young professionals and companies

This won’t be an internship where you spend your time making PowerPoints or sitting on the sidelines. We want you to own things, experiment quickly and see your work go live.

Who we’re looking for

We care much more about your potential than your CV.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are creative and constantly have ideas for content or campaigns

• Understand what makes people stop scrolling

• Have a strong feel for brands, social media and internet culture

• Write and communicate really well

• Are ambitious, curious and comfortable taking initiative

• Like moving quickly and figuring things out as you go

• Want to learn what it’s actually like to build an early-stage startup

Experience creating content, running social accounts, editing video, growing communities or building your own projects is a big plus, but definitely not required.
