We're a small, ambitious team backed by some incredible investors, and we're looking for an Account Executive to help us bring Fika to the world.

What you'll do

• Own the entire sales process, from finding and reaching out to potential customers to closing deals and building lasting relationships.

• Work directly with the founders to shape our sales strategy and go-to-market.

• Get to know our customers, understand their challenges, and help them get real value from Fika.

• Experiment with new ways to reach customers, improve our sales process, and help us scale.

• Bring customer insights back to the product team and help shape what we build.

Experience in B2B sales is valuable, but your drive, judgment, and ability to get things done matter more to us than a perfect CV.
